Danielle Travill

Research Clinician

Danielle Travill is a DrPH student at Johns Hopkins University and a Research Clinician at the Wits Planetary Health Research Division. She holds an MBChB from University of Cape Town and an MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Her research focuses on the intersection of climate change and health, with a particular interest in translating science into policy in low-and-middle-income countries. She has worked in clinical research for 9 years and has a background in sexual and reproductive health and clinical trials, and has a passion for primary health care and health systems strengthening.
